ABOUT DR. CHARLES WASSERMAN

I have been a practicing licensed psychologist since 1988.  I was educated at the State University of New York, College at Geneseo, West Chester University of Pennsylvania and finally he earned a doctorate degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  

My professional experience started as an outpatient psychotherapist for the Salem County Counseling Center in Carney's Point, New Jersey.  In addition, I interned at the Veterans Medical Center in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, focusing on providing psychotherapy and psychological testing for an inpatient psychiatry unit, a specialty unit for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and a geriatric services unit.  I was a staff psychologist at North Philadelphia Health Services at Girard Hospital in Philadelphia, again providing inpatient services to psychiatric and chemically dependent people. For the past 15 years, I have been consulting to geriatric care facilities and providing psychological services in his downtown, West Chester, Pennsylvania office.
